Wow… On the off chance I ever need someone to write me a eulogy, I think you would be my first choice. *laughs softly* The way you put it, I sound much less like a psychotic monster and much more like a town hero or something. *mind boggles* I think I’m just really lucky that you’re the kind of person who sees the good in people. I’m not saying that you’re naive and completely blind to the bad, because despite your cheery disposition and brave face I think you’ve known more sadness and pain than you let on. But still, you choose to focus on the good and not dwell on people’s flaws. It’s funny because most people are the opposite. One more reason why you’re better than everyone else… *smiles*
I honestly don’t know how you spread the love around like you do. It must be exhausting to go out of your way to try to please everyone and feel like you don’t get anything in return. I mean, you’re nice to everyone, even the people who treat you badly. Honestly, I really admire you for it because I could never do it.I just don’t have the patience or energy to deal with people who don’t appreciate my efforts. But you, you’re different. You give and give without really even expecting anything in return. If anyone deserves the best out of life, it’s you.
There haven’t been a lot of high points in my life to speak of, but meeting you is definitely one of the highlights. You give me something to look forward to every day. It sounds so simple, but I’ve never had that before. Now, I don’t really know how I got along without you before, and I couldn’t imagine my life without you in it. I think you are perfect.
*sits up.* XD That’s because you aren’t a psychotic monster, Damey. XD You just try to convince yourself you are to make it easier for yourself.
XD I am pretty naive, but you’re really spot-on. XD I wouldn’t say “better” though—maybe “awesomer.” Yeah, that could work. XD
*plays with hands.* It is exhausting sometimes, but if one person smiles, I consider it worth it. *looks at Damey.* Because I’m awesome.
*listens; scoots in front of Damey; crosses legs; leans toward Damey; scans Damey’s face.* I love you, Damey.
